I don't have a product feed! What should I do?

At the beginning, Shopstory gets to know your products, your categories and, if applicable, your brands. To do this, however, the tool needs a list of your shop elements. 

Depending on which shop system you have, there are different plugins to create a product feed. Shopstory needs the product feed in the same format as it is needed for Google Shopping. So you can simply check Google to see how you can create a Google Shopping feed with your shop system. This will then also work in Shopstory.

However, you are welcome to contact us and we can either do this step for you or show you how to create it yourself.
