How can I pause an ad?

If you want to pause a complete ad, it is not enough to pause only the active keywords. 

This is due to the automatic mechanisms of Shopstory. 

If only the keywords in an ad are paused, it can happen that a keyword that has already been automatically paused by Shopstory becomes active again. The reason for this can be that the values due to which this keyword was paused now fit again. As a result, the ad with this keyword is active again.

If such a keyword was paused by the Shopstory logic, it cannot be selected when pausing manually, as they are already marked as "not active" in the element.
