Error message

This is a "policy error" against Google's ads policies . Unfortunately, based on the error message, it is not possible to say exactly what is causing the violation. The error can be related to either the selected keywords  or the ad  text.

1. Possible cause:

A problem can be, for example, that a price  in the ad text is interpreted by Google  as a telephone number  and the ad is rejected directly as a result. This is the case with a displayed price of €16.89  (despite this representation). Here the advertisement has to be edited and the advertising text has to be manually corrected to, for example, 16 €  or another text.

2. Possible cause:

For example, you might use a character like a slash " / " or a bracket " (  " or a larger character " > " in one of the headings. If that's the case, that might also be the reason for the be error message.

3. Possible cause:

Your headline may have a word that is all " ALL CAPS ". This can also lead to this error message. The solution here is to simply write this one word with upper and lower case letters. The word itself doesn't matter.

Implement solutions:

If the error message appears, it is unfortunately not enough to edit the ad directly  in this case , but you have to cancel → go to the  " Advertising " tab  →  adjust  it there and then place the  advertisement again.
