Error message
This error message usually occurs when you try to create an ad and you have excluded one of the selected keywords as a negative keyword in your Google Ads account.
There are 2 possible solutions here
1. You don't want to promote this keyword:
To solve the problem, please look at the selected keywords again and deselect the one that you have already excluded as a negative keyword in your Google Ads account.
You should also define this keyword as an exclusion in Shopstory. You do this by entering this under " My Shop " → " Search Terms " → " Exclusions ".
As a result, it will no longer be suggested to you in the future!
2. You want to promote this keyword after all:
Please log into your Google Ads account. There you will find the keyword that causes the error message under “ Keywords ” → “ Keyword to be excluded”. You simply delete this from the list. Now it should be possible to advertise the word via Shopstory.
