Enable/disable Pausing Rules for campaigns

You can already link pausing rules to the campaign while creating it.

If you later decide to add more pausing rules or disable existing pausing rules in campaigns, you can of course do so.

To do this, go to the edit mode for campaigns and select the appropriate rules.
